  1. Review expected WHT

Use Expected WHT Records to review the documents and amounts being tracked. Relevant Management Accounts Expense Register records can feed the expected WHT list.

  2. Record and match receipts

Maintain received WHT records and receipt evidence, then compare expected and received amounts to identify partial, outstanding or unmatched items.

  3. Review and export reports

Open WHT Reports to review reconciliation, receipt evidence, ageing, exceptions and vendor activity. Export the supported workbooks for review and follow-up.

Carry expense evidence into tax follow-up

WHT-applicable Expense Register records in Management Accounts can supply the company vendor, document reference and expected WHT amount. Tax Tracking retains the source relationship for the tracking workflow.

Keep receipts visible

Review receipt dates, credit references, received amounts and links to expected documents. Unmatched evidence remains identifiable for follow-up.

Turn records into a review pack

Use report views to inspect expected, received and outstanding amounts, then download the supported XLSX workbooks. Report results depend on the records and receipt evidence captured for the company.

Connected to Management Accounts.

Management Accounts maintains the supplier identity and expense source records. Tax Tracking uses those links for vendor organisation and WHT follow-up within the same company.

WHT-applicable Expense Register records can feed expected WHT. Record receipt evidence and review the reconciliation in Tax Tracking.

Access and review

Expected records, received records, reconciliation and WHT Reports have their own module permissions. Management Accounts source editing requires separate access to that workspace.

Recorded receipts and reconciliation are not automatic confirmation from a tax authority. PAYE filing is a separate workflow in Payroll. Review source records and evidence before relying on the reports.
