Review department readiness

  1. 1Open Payroll > Time Tracking.
  2. 2Check the payroll readiness summary for included, on-hold, and review counts.
  3. 3Use the department summary to compare coverage across teams.
  4. 4Open or review records that are still blocked, missing approval, or marked for review.
  5. 5Follow up with the department owner before syncing payroll hours.

Resolve blockers

  1. 1Exclude records that should not affect the payroll batch.
  2. 2Keep records on hold if HOD sign-off or data correction is still required.
  3. 3Sync only the department records that are approved and payroll-ready.
