Sync approved hours to payroll

Approved time tracking hours can feed payroll-linked hourly income components. Only hours that have cleared the required review workflow should be moved into payroll.

Sync approved hours

  1. 1Open Payroll > Time Tracking.
  2. 2Review the payroll readiness panel and the approved hours review queue.
  3. 3Confirm any records marked for review or on hold before syncing.
  4. 4Select the approved records that should be included in payroll.
  5. 5Click Sync To Payroll when the selected hours are ready for the next payroll batch.

Before payroll

  1. 1Confirm the payroll run has the time-tracking-linked income component configured.
  2. 2Check that excluded or on-hold employees should remain outside the payroll batch.
  3. 3Review synced hours during payroll preparation before final approval.
