Management Accounts
Find, filter and review register records
Use column filters, amount conditions and transaction details to review records without changing their saved values.
Filter a text column
- 1
Operational and inventory register tables have filter icons beside non-amount data headers.
- 2
Click an icon to search available values and select or deselect checkboxes.
- 3
Select Apply filter to show only checked values matching the search.
- 4
Checkbox changes remain a draft until applied; closing the dropdown discards them.
- 5
Select all and Select none affect the matching options.
- 6
Clear filter resets that column.
- 7
Multiple column filters apply together.
Filter master records
- 1
For text-column filters, search and check the desired values, then select Apply filter.
- 2
Only checked matching values are applied to the table; closing the menu without applying leaves the table unchanged.
- 3
Customers, Suppliers, Chart of Accounts, and Cost Centers also have column separators and searchable header filters.
- 4
Search, check matching values, and select Apply filter; Clear filters restores all records.
- 5
Chart of Accounts Select all affects only visible rows.
- 6
These filters change the screen view; master workbook exports still include the complete register.
Sort or filter amounts
- 1
Amount columns offer Highest to lowest, Lowest to highest, and Default order inside their header filter menu.
- 2
Use the amount header filter icon to select Equals, Greater than, Less than, or Between (inclusive), enter amounts, and select Apply filter.
- 3
Commas and negative values are accepted; blank amounts do not match.
- 4
Multiple amount and other column filters work together.
- 5
Clear filter removes one condition; Clear filters restores all rows while retaining sorting.
- 6
Filtering does not save, approve, or post records.
- 7
Sorting uses numeric values, keeps blanks last, and works with column filters.
- 8
It changes only the view, not saved records.
- 9
Within grouped inventory tables, sorting applies within each group.
Read the full transaction
- 1
The transaction-details header shows the source register name beside the status badges.
- 2
The Entered by timestamp in register details uses your browser or device timezone and displays its timezone label.
- 3
Amount fields across operational and inventory register manual forms, tables and detail panels show thousands separators as you type.
- 4
Calculated amounts use the same formatting; separators do not change saved amounts.
- 5
Register tables fit the available width with wrapped headers and compact spacing and text.
- 6
When columns cannot fit legibly, records stack into labelled fields; header filters remain available above them.
- 7
Open Details to read or edit long values in full.
Export the view or restore all rows
- 1
Export current view follows the displayed row order.
- 2
Clear filters restores all rows.
- 3
Filtering changes the table view without changing saved records.
- 4
Export current view includes only matching saved current-period rows in table order; clear filters to export all eligible rows.
- 5
Download template remains separate.
