When WiseWage signs you out
- 1Your session ends after 30 minutes without clicks, typing, scrolling, navigation, or touch activity.
- 2A session also ends after 12 hours even if you remain active.
- 3When the session ends, WiseWage returns you to the Employee sign-in portal and asks you to sign in again.
Respond to the warning
- 1WiseWage displays an in-app warning two minutes before timeout.
- 2Choose Stay signed in when you are still working, or Sign out now when you are finished.
- 3Save unfinished forms before leaving your device because automatic sign-out can discard unsaved changes.
- 4Always sign out manually on shared devices instead of waiting for the timeout.
